Campers Inn RV is seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative to support policy servicing and retention. You will handle billing and coverage questions from existing policyholders, drive renewal outreach, and help save at-risk policies before cancellation.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of insurance customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational habits.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with agency management systems or CRM platforms; EZLynx experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary inbound contact for existing policyholders with questions, billing issues, or coverage inquiries.
• Assist with billing and coverage questions, renewal outreach, and policy servicing.
• Proactively contact policyholders 45 and 30 days before renewal to confirm coverage and secure renewals.
• Attempt to retain at-risk policies by reviewing coverage options and payment plans.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records in the agency management system.
• Stay current on carrier updates and CE requirements relevant to licenses.
