Job summary

General RV Center is seeking a Technician to service RV interiors, exteriors, electrical and plumbing on both new and used units. Chassis and engine work are not included; RV-specific certifications will be provided by General RV.

You will need to explain technical issues clearly to customers, ensuring repairs align with quality standards. A strong work ethic and reliability are essential to maintain our service levels.

Qualifications

• Prior technical experience in electrical, plumbing, or carpentry is highly desired.
• Must provide own tools.
• Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Reliable and strong work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Servicing new and used RVs, not chassis or engines, focusing on interior, exterior, electrical and plumbing.
• RV certifications will be provided by General RV.
• Explain technical issues to customers clearly and outline repair approaches.
• Meet the company standard of quality and inspect RVs thoroughly.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for servicing new and used RV’s. General RV Technicians do not service the chassis or engines, only interior, exterior, electrical, and plumbing.
• RV specific certifications will be provided by General RV, do NOT need to be ASE certified.
• Ability to clearly explain technical issues to customers and how the issue can be repaired.
• Responsible for meeting the company standard of quality.
• Inspect RV’s thoroughly.
