Job summary

GENERAL RV CENTER is seeking a Technician to service RVs, focusing on interior, exterior, electrical and plumbing systems. Technicians do not service chassis or engines. RV-specific certifications will be provided by General RV.

The role requires the ability to clearly explain technical issues to customers and how repairs are performed, while meeting the company standards of quality and thoroughly inspecting RVs.

Qualifications

• Prior technical experience in electrical, plumbing, or carpentry is highly desired.
• Must provide own tools.
• Reliable and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Servicing new and used RVs, focusing on interior, exterior, electrical, and plumbing aspects (not chassis/engine).
• Explain technical issues to customers and how issues can be repaired.
• Meet the company standard of quality and inspect RVs thoroughly.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for servicing new and used RV's. General RV Technicians do not service the chassis or engines, only interior, exterior, electrical, and plumbing.
• RV specific certifications will be provided by General RV, do NOT need to be ASE certified.
• Ability to clearly explain technical issues to customers and how the issue can be repaired.
• Responsible for meeting the company standard of quality.
• Inspect RV's thoroughly.

Qualifications

• Prior technical experience in electrical, plumbing, or carpentry is highly desired.
• Must provide own tools.
• Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Reliable and strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's license.
