Job summary

General RV Center is seeking an experienced RV Technician to service new and used RVs, focusing on interior, exterior, electrical, and plumbing. Certifications will be provided by General RV, and ASE certification is not required.

You will explain issues to customers and ensure work meets quality standards. Applicants should have 5–7 years of relevant experience, provide their own tools, and hold a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 5 - 7 years of automotive, aviation, marine, diesel, or appliance technical experience.
• Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Reliable and strong work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Servicing new and used RVs. Interior, exterior, electrical, and plumbing work (not chassis/engines).
• RV-specific certifications provided by General RV; ASE not required.
• Explain technical issues clearly to customers and how they can be repaired.
• Meet the company standard of quality.
• Inspect RVs thoroughly.

$25 - $35 Per Hour

Responsibilities

• Responsible for servicing new and used RV’s. General RV Technicians do not service the chassis or engines, only interior, exterior, electrical, and plumbing.


• RV specific certifications will be provided by General RV, do NOT need to be ASE certified.


• Ability to clearly explain technical issues to customers and how the issue can be repaired.


• Responsible for meeting the company standard of quality.


• Inspect RV’s thoroughly.
