Job summary

Campers Inn RV is seeking a Sublet Coordinator at the Tampa location. You will manage all sublet activity, coordinate unit movement, create and apply purchase orders, and ensure accurate job costing while maintaining clear communication with service advisors, technicians, and vendors.

You will oversee the full lifecycle of sublet work, from scheduling pickups to closing out POs, with a focus on keeping the service flow on track and maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver’s License with good driving record is required.
• At least one year of experience in the RV industry is preferred.
• Knowledgeable regarding recreational vehicles and travel trailers systems.
• Excellent analytical skills with the capabilities to be flexible and work with people.
• Detail oriented; able to guide customers through the process of a purchase or sale.
• Ability to work independently and strive to obtain goals.
• Ability to use a computer and other office software.
• Knowledge or ability to learn company systems software such as Motility Systems2k as well as other applicable software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all sublet activity for Tampa.
• Schedule and track unit movement to/from sublet vendors.
• Ensure timely pickup and return of units to avoid delays in service flow.
• Create accurate POs for all sublet work.
• Apply POs to corresponding ROs to ensure proper job costing.
• Receive and close out POs once work is completed and verified.
• Maintain clear communication with Service Advisors, Technicians, Vendors.
• Track status of all sublet units and provide updates as needed.
• Ensure all sublet work meets quality expectations before closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sublet vendors.
• Assist in identifying and onboarding new sublet vendors.
