Lazydays RV powered by Campers Inn RV is seeking a dependable Check-In Coordinator to ensure accurate intake and processing of RV inventory at our Tampa-area dealership.

The role requires meticulous record-keeping, strong communication with multiple departments, and a commitment to exceptional customer service while supporting dealership operations.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and experience with inventory processes or data entry, with RV dealership exposure considered a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior admin/inventory or dealership experience preferred.
• RV/automotive dealership background is a plus but not required.
• Experience with inventory systems or data entry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and document incoming RV units and related paperwork.
• Enter units into inventory systems and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, Delivery, and Tag & Title for smooth processing.
• Identify discrepancies and communicate missing information promptly.
• Prepare documentation and route to appropriate departments within timelines.
