Job summary

Campers Inn RV in Seffner, FL is seeking an RV Buyer and Consignment Salesperson to drive growth in retail operations. You will source high-quality RVs for resale and manage consignment agreements to maximize turnover, building strong buyer/seller relationships and pricing strategies.

The role requires negotiation, market awareness, and customer-focused service to meet sales targets while contributing to overall business success.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail or automotive.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.

Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate potential RV purchases and consignment opportunities to expand inventory.
Negotiate purchase prices and consignment terms with sellers to ensure favorable agreements.
Conduct market research to stay informed about pricing trends and customer demands.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, providing exceptional service throughout the buying and selling process.
Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting performance metrics and areas for improvement.
