Job summary

Campers Inn RV in Florida is seeking an RV Buyer and Consignment Sales professional to drive growth by sourcing high-quality RVs for resale and managing consignment agreements to maximize inventory turnover. You will build strong relationships with buyers and sellers, price and promote RVs, and help achieve sales targets.

This role requires market awareness, strong negotiation, and customer-focused service. Work is in a professional office with standard weekday hours (9:00am–6:00pm EST).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a business/marketing degree is preferred.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in the retail or automotive industry.
• Strong negotiation and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential RV purchases and consignment opportunities.
• Negotiate purchase prices and consignment terms with sellers.
• Conduct market research on pricing trends and customer demands.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers throughout buying/selling process.
• Prepare and present sales reports with performance metrics.
