Camping World is seeking a Sales Development Administrator to join our growing team. You will manage RV sales appointments in the CRM, keep prospective customer information accurate, and monitor response times across all leads. You’ll also stay current on digital marketing campaigns and follow scripts for calls.

Additionally, you will log follow-ups, coordinate staging of customer interactions, and support the Sales Development department with administrative tasks to exceed customer expectations.

Qualifikationen

• CRM experience and sales skills are required or highly preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset with a results-driven approach.
• Able to manage multiple tasks with good time management and organization.

• Set and record/track RV sales appointments in CRM.
• Diligently record prospective customers' information.
• Monitor response time on all incoming leads.
• Maintain knowledge of digital marketing activity/campaigns.
• Adhere to scripts/talking points for calls.
• Schedule follow-up and log notes with appropriate stage changes.
