Job summary
Bish’s RV, one of the largest family-owned RV dealers in the country, is seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to lead the service department. You will manage shop staff, optimize productivity, and ensure a safe, high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced dealership environment.
The role emphasizes P&L oversight, cross-functional collaboration, and strong leadership. Saturday availability, a business/ops background, and a commitment to our people and standards are required to help us
Qualifications
- Seasoned operations manager, preferably in RV or automotive manufacturing.
- Knowledge of RVs is a plus.
- Ability to work with Saturday availability.
- Strong leadership and time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage all shop staff including service technicians, lot porters, and admins.
- Assign repair orders based on technician skill set.
- Monitor productivity and efficiency at individual and team levels.
- Ensure health and safety compliance and protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional dealership teams.
- Attend weekly service meetings to track goals.
- Manage P&L and forecast goals.
- Support service manager to align daily goals.
