Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat-Rate) for our growing team. You will diagnose and repair customer items, documenting tests and results, and perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.

Track parts used, maintain a safe workspace, and ensure final work meets quality standards after supervisor inspection. A hands-on trade background and reliable tools are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Trade field certification helpful but not required; applicable work experience acceptable.
• Minimum 1 year service technician experience preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.
• Must furnish own hand tools and lift up to 25 lbs with assistive devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress and ensure quality with supervisor inspection.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
