Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat-Rate) to join our Springfield, MO team. The role emphasizes hands-on diagnostics and repair across RV coach systems, generators and body components.

You will evaluate and service mechanical, plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems, maintain high safety and quality standards, and document all work. Some certification support is provided if needed.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in a trade field is helpful but applicable work experience is considered

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements
• Keep supervisor appraised of work progress
• Ensure that the final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
