Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat-Rate) to join our growing team. You will diagnose and repair RV coach systems, generators, and coach components, applying advanced mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC skills.

The role emphasizes safety, attention to detail, and completing high-quality work that passes supervisor review. Camping World provides on-the-job training and pays to certify technicians who are not yet certified.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in a trade field is helpful but not required.
• Minimum of 1 year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• RVIA certification is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress.
• Ensure final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
