Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat-Rate) to join our growing team in Florida. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing RV coach systems, generators, and coach body work. Certification opportunities are available, and prior RV/maintenance experience is valued.

The candidate will handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical tasks, log parts, and ensure quality work. A strong attention to detail and ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in trade field is helpful but not required.
• Minimum of 1-year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress.
• Ensure final work product meets quality standards and is inspected.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
