Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to join our growing team in Melbourne, FL. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing RV coach systems, generators and coach body issues, with a strong emphasis on mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC maintenance.

Candidates should have relevant trade certification or equivalent experience; RVIA certification is a plus. The position offers competitive hourly pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for on-the-job training in

Qualifications

• Certification in a trade field is helpful but not required.
• Minimum of 1 year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.
• Potential exposure to heights and hazards with electrical and welding work.
• Must furnish own hand/shop tools.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress.
• Ensure final work meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
