Job Title: Trainee-Level Maintenance Technician

Job Function: Management and Manufacturing

Job Summary

We are seeking individuals to assess, diagnose, and repair service units. No specific RV tech experience required; handyman, maintenance, or facility maintenance skills are welcome!

Compensation & Benefits
  • Hourly rate: $18-$23 based on experience

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform repairs as per work orders and recommend adjustments based on diagnostics
  • Adapt to shifting circumstances, such as rush jobs or new technology
  • Follow regulations regarding hazardous waste disposal
  • Document diagnostic testing and repair services accurately
  • Ensure quality standards are met and inspected
  • Maintain a clean workspace and handle tools and safety equipment responsibly
  • Perform other duties as assigned
