You will monitor progress, adjust workloads, and drive shop productivity.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in scheduling, workflow coordination, or similar role.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in dynamic environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with diverse teams and customers.
• Proficiency with scheduling software, dispatch tools, or similar platforms.
• Ability to analyze data to optimize operations.

Responsibilities

• Technician Workflow Coordination and RO assignment.
• Monitor RO progress and adherence to schedules and timelines.
• Adjust assignments to accommodate delays or changes in priorities.
• Communicate with technicians, service advisors, and customers to set expectations.
• Optimize shop capacity and minimize technician downtime.
• Collaborate with the service manager to resolve bottlenecks in workflows.
• Maintain accurate records and performance metrics using dispatch tools.
