Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process requests for repair services and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers informed of work progress.

You will determine product needs with customers, suggest add-on sales to raise average transactions, estimate prices for installations, and keep customers updated on status and timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience is preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle is preferred.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills are required.
• The ability to follow department procedures and policies.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
