Job summary

Camping World seeks a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process requests for repair services, providing administrative support to the Service Department and keeping customers informed about work progress.

Key duties include assessing needs with customers, proposing add-ons, and delivering price estimates before appointments. This role blends service, sales, and customer communication in a busy RV environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience is preferred.
• Experience with RV products or camping lifestyle is advantageous.
• Able to work daily on a computer and perform internet research as needed.
• Strong organization and follow-up skills are required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• A valid driver’s license is preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistance; prolonged standing and bending.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced service environment.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
