Job summary

Camping World is seeking a customer-focused associate to determine specialized product needs by working directly with customers and to suggest add-on services for enhanced transactions. You will provide price estimates for installations and keep customers informed of work progress.

We require at least one year of service experience and familiarity with RV products or a camping lifestyle, plus strong organization and follow-up skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• Experience with RV products or camping lifestyle preferred.
• Proficient computer use and internet searching.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling and bending.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
