Job summary

Camping World Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Service Advisor in Alabama to initiate and process repair service requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department. You will keep customers updated on progress and help drive add-on sales.

The role includes generating price estimates, coordinating with customers, and ensuring smooth service delivery in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with commissions and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills are required.
• The ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments
