Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business and deliver a top-notch customer experience in selling new and used RVs.

Your drive determines your paycheck with a compensation range that can reach $50,000 to $150,000 annually, including a year-end bonus for those who qualify. Start with a guaranteed base hourly rate plus commissions, then choose an earnings path after 30 days.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ sales experience preferred (RV/auto/marine/powersports/real estate or related)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license where required
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information
• Valid driver’s license required
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending

Responsibilities

• Promote a high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk-through presentations
• Close sales with F&I and Sales Management team
• Follow up with customers using a no-pressure, high-integrity approach
