  • Manage the overall purchase, delivery, and ownership experience.
  • Identify and provide solutions to maximize sales opportunities for customers.
  • Provide detailed and accurate product knowledge to customers.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers while providing outstanding customer service.
  • Continually learn about product updates, inventory, and how it will benefit the customer.
  • Responsible for daily follow-up with current, existing, and potential leads through our CRM and supporting tools.
  • Identify and provide solution-based sales options for customers.
  • Work directly with the Financial Services team to coordinate sales and financial lending processes.
  • Hustle - The sales team moves fast and so does the competition. Establish relationships quickly while earning trust through expert knowledge and excellent service.
  • Be competitive - Our sales team has set new records year after year. We seek candidates interested in surpassing expectations and raising the bar.
  • Maintain a positive attitude - The sales team values hard work and having fun while doing it! A positive, hardworking attitude is essential.
  • Display passion - Share the passion for RVing and be willing to go the extra mile for customers.

Competitive candidates will have retail experience in Automotive, Powersports, or the RV industry. However, qualities like communication, competitiveness, hustle, and attitude are more important than experience. We are willing to train individuals with the right mindset.

Many sales associates earn over $100,000 annually once fully trained. The average first-year earnings for those with limited or no sales experience range from $40,000 to $65,000. We offer a great quality of life with paid time off and reasonable working hours.
