We are looking for a Customer Care Associate to join our team!

Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional customer service for both internal and external customers seeking information or assistance.
  2. Collaborate with Sales, Parts and Service departments to assist with resolving outstanding customer issues that may negatively impact the overall customer relationship.
  3. Respond to inquiries, and perform internal and external customer follow-up as needed.
  4. Document all customer interactions and maintain performance standards, including effectiveness, efficiency, and quality.
  5. Maintain and measure customer satisfaction rate (Net Promoter Score) through the use of Listen360, a customer engagement software that analyzes customer engagement and feedback.
  6. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. Minimum of High School diploma required, associate’s degree desired but not required.
  2. Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations and use sound judgement when making decisions.
  3. Exceptional and consistent customer service dealing with large call volumes.
  4. Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
  5. Strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  6. Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
  7. A positive team-player, who welcomes feedback, builds morale and balances team and individual responsibilities.
  8. Reliable and strong work ethic. Professional appearance is a must.

COMPENSATION: $16 - $17 PER HOUR
