Job summary

Camping World is seeking an energetic RV Sales Associate to grow the business and help customers find the right RVs. Earn $50,000 to $150,000+ annually with base hourly pay and potential commissions; after 30 days you can choose to stay with the current plan or switch to 100% commission-based plan.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ sales experience, ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, or real estate.

Responsibilities

• Promote high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walkthrough presentations.
• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up with a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer.
