Camping World is seeking an energetic RV Sales Associate to grow the business. You will lead customer experiences by selling new and used RVs, performing effective demos, and walking customers through features and options.

You will collaborate with the F&I and Sales Management teams to close deals and ensure satisfaction, with a strong emphasis on integrity and high energy in every interaction. This full-time role offers competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, preferably RV/auto/marine/powersports or related industries.
• Bondable and able to obtain a professional sales license if required.
• Valid driver's license; ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer data.

Responsibilities

• Promote high quality customer experience while selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct demo rides and product walkthroughs.
• Close sales with collaboration with F&I and Sales Management.
• Follow-up with customers using a no-pressure approach.
