Camping World in Sunbury, PA seeks a high-energy RV Sales Associate to drive growth and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You’ll showcase new and used RVs, conduct demos, and guide buyers through the process with the sales team.

Base hourly pay plus flat-rate commissions is offered, with a transition to 100% commission after 30 days. Typical earnings range from $50,000 to $150,000+ annually, including year-end bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' sales experience preferred.
• Bondable and able to secure a sales license where required.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Promote a high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk-through presentations.
• Close sales with F&I and Sales Management team collaboration.
• Follow up with customers using a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
