Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business. You’ll sell new and used RVs, conduct demonstrations, and close sales with the support of the F&I and Sales Management team.

Earns range from $50,000 to $150,000+ annually with base hourly pay, commissions, and a possibility of bonuses. Full-time benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and more. We offer ongoing training and growth opportunities within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations.
• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer.
