Campers Inn RV is seeking an RV Sales Associate in Prescott Valley, AZ to guide customers through the door-to-deal process and sell new and used RVs with exceptional service.

You will join a team focused on growth, community, and delivering memorable RV experiences. The role requires strong communication, product knowledge, and a customer-first mindset. Opportunities for development and advancement are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• RV sales experience preferred but not mandatory for all candidates.

Responsibilities

• Follow our trusted door to deal sales process.
• Work with an industry leading team to sell new and used RVs with high-quality customer experience.
• Conduct effective demonstration of units.
• Have working knowledge of each product being sold.
• Close sales effectively by working closely with the F&I team.
• Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high-integrity approach with each customer.
• Generate ideas to exceed sales goals and demonstrate revenue-generating practices to the team.
• Stay on top of market trends, the RV industry and current dealership inventory.
• Be enthusiastic with strong communication with customers, employees, and management.
• Attend RV Shows and location events as needed.
