RV Dynasty, LLC in Bunker Hill, IN is seeking a motivated Sales Outfitter to help customers find the right RV and deliver top-tier service both online and in-store.

You will meet and greet customers, assist in selecting and presenting RVs, demonstrate features, address objections, and close sales while reporting directly to the sales manager.

This role emphasizes commission-based earnings with a strong emphasis on customer care and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Clean, valid driver’s license; no major violations in the last five years.
• Willing to submit to a drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Meet and Greet our customers online and in store
• Assist our customers in selecting the best RV that fits their camping needs online or instore
• Present the RV to the customer showing how the selected RV fits their camping needs
• Demonstrate how the selected RV fits their camping needs
• Explain beneficial aftermarket equipment available to the customer that fits their camping needs
• Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
• Overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of our sales process in compliance with company standards.
• Report directly to the sales manager regarding objectives, planned activities, and reviews.
