Camping World is seeking a Sales Development Administrator to join our growing team. You will manage CRM records, schedule RV sales appointments, and maintain up-to-date photos and information for units across dealerships.

You’ll support the Sales Development department with administrative tasks while delivering excellent customer service. The role emphasizes strong communication, CRM proficiency, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Prior CRM experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Set and record/track RV Sales appointments in CRM
• Diligently and accurately record prospective customer's information
• Monitor response time on all incoming leads
• Maintain knowledge of all digital marketing activity/campaigns
• Adhere to scripts and talking points for each type of call
• Schedule follow up based on contact, notes and stage changes with customers
