Job description

Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RVs, have fun, and make money!

We believe that investing in your success is important. When you join us as a first-time RV Salesperson, you will receive up to 8 weeks of training pay based on residency and state laws.

This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions (no soft packs on commissions). Successful team members can earn $150,000+ annually based on performance. Year-end sales volume bonuses are available to those who qualify.

What You’ll Do:

• Promote a top-notch, high-quality customer experience by selling new and used RVs
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walkthrough presentations
• Close sales effectively by working closely with the F&I team
• Follow up with customers and maintain a no-pressure, high-integrity approach

What You’ll Need for the Role:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years' experience in sales, preferably in RV, automotive, television, furniture, or real estate
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
• Ability to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend for periods of time

Compensation and Benefits:

This position is 100% commission-based with an estimated annual range of $50,000 - $150,000+. In certain states, you may receive an hourly rate plus commissions. In California, Massachusetts, and Maine, a minimum wage plus commissions applies. Other states will receive compensation at 150% of the applicable minimum wage to offset commissions.
