This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions (no soft packs on commissions). Successful team members can earn $150,000+ annually based on performance. Year-end sales volume bonuses are available to those who qualify.
This position is 100% commission-based with an estimated annual range of $50,000 - $150,000+. In certain states, you may receive an hourly rate plus commissions. In California, Massachusetts, and Maine, a minimum wage plus commissions applies. Other states will receive compensation at 150% of the applicable minimum wage to offset commissions.
