Camping World is seeking a high-energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RVs, have fun, and make money!
We believe in investing in your success. As a first-time RV Salesperson, you will receive up to 4 weeks of training pay, based on residency and state laws.
This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions (no soft packs on commissions). Successful team members can earn $150,000+ annually based on performance. Year-end sales volume bonuses are available to those who qualify.

The estimated annual variable compensation ranges from $50,000 to $150,000+. In California, Massachusetts, and Maine, a base hourly rate at the applicable minimum wage is provided in addition to variable pay. In other states, a minimum hourly compensation of at least $12.25 or the applicable state minimum wage is provided, offsetting variable earnings.
