Qualifications

Campers Inn RV is seeking an RV Sales Associate. This role is responsible for following our trusted door-to-deal sales process to sell new and used RVs with the highest quality of customer service.

Essential Job Functions
  1. Follow our trusted door-to-deal sales process
  2. Work with an industry-leading team to sell new and used RVs while providing a high-quality customer experience
  3. Conduct effective unit demonstrations
  4. Maintain knowledge of products being sold
  5. Close sales effectively in collaboration with the F&I team
  6. Follow up with customers and maintain a high-integrity, no-pressure sales approach
  7. Generate ideas to exceed sales goals and share revenue practices with the team
  8. Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and inventory
  9. Attend RV shows and dealership events as needed
Qualifications
  1. High school diploma or equivalent
  2. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record; ability to obtain a state sales license if required
  3. At least one year of RV sales experience preferred
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  6. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  7. Reliable work ethic and commitment to customer service
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  9. Knowledge of or ability to learn dealership software systems (e.g., Motility Systems2K, MS Office)
  10. Physical ability to move RVs, climb ladders, lift, and perform physical tasks involving bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
