Blue Compass RV is seeking a Sales Associate to engage customers across online, phone, social media and in-person channels for a high-energy buying experience. This commission-driven role rewards performance, customer satisfaction, and unlimited earning potential.

Range: $80,000 – $130,000

• Paid training for the first four weeks
