Blue Compass RV in Saint Augustine, FL is seeking a high-energy Sales Associate to own the full sales process from first contact to final delivery, guiding customers through exciting purchases. This role is commission-based with uncapped earning potential and includes four weeks of paid training.

You will engage customers across online, phone, social media, and in-person channels. Candidates should be driven to meet targets, proficient with CRM, and skilled in building rapport to deliver

Compensation

The Role

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Positive attitude, high energy, and strong work ethic
