Job summary

Camping World in Coburg, Oregon is seeking a high-energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business. You’ll lead demonstrations, showcase new and used RVs, and deliver a top-tier customer experience that drives sales.

You’ll work with F&I and Sales Management to close deals, follow up with customers with a no-pressure approach, and enjoy an hourly base with commissions and potential for 100% commission after a transition.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years' experience in sales, ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, or related fields.
• Bondable and able to secure a professional sales license where required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift/move light loads.

Responsibilities

• Promote a top-notch customer experience while selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walkthrough presentations.
• Close sales with collaboration from F&I and Sales Management.
• Follow up with customers using a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.

Successful team members generally earn $50,000 to $150,000 or more annually, including an additional year-end sales volume bonus available to those who qualify!We Invest in Your Success from Day One. Starting out, you’ll enjoy the stability of a competitive guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions while you learn the ropes. After 30 days, you take control of your earning potential: choose to stay on your current hourly plan plus flat commission, or transition to a 100% commission-based plan.
