Job summary

Camping World is seeking an energetic RV Sales Associate to grow the business and help customers find the right RVs. You will demonstrate units, present features, and guide buyers through the sales process with support from F&I and management.

We offer a guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions; after 30 days you choose to stay on the hourly plan or switch to 100% commission. Full-time benefits are available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' sales experience preferred.
• Bondable and able to secure a sales license if required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.

Responsibilities

• Promote high-quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walkthrough presentations.
• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up with a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer.

Successful team members generally earn $50,000 to $150,000 or more annually, including an additional year-end sales volume bonus available to those who qualify!We Invest in Your Success from Day One. Starting out, you’ll enjoy the stability of a competitive guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions while you learn the ropes. After 30 days, you take control of your earning potential: choose to stay on your current hourly plan plus flat commission, or transition to a 100% commission-based plan.
