Job summary

Camping World in Boyertown, United States seeks an energetic RV Sales Associate to grow the business and deliver a high-quality customer experience. You will demonstrate RVs, walk customers through features, and work with the F&I and Sales teams to close deals.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years in sales (RV or related fields preferred), bondability with a sales license (where required), and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years' sales experience preferred in RV, automotive, marine, powersports, furniture, or real estate.
• Must be bondable and able to secure a sales license where required.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote a top-notch customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct demonstration rides and walk-through presentations.
• Close sales with F&I and Sales Management team collaboration.
• Follow up with customers with a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.

Successful team members generally earn $50,000 to $150,000 or more annually, including an additional year-end sales volume bonus available to those who qualify!We Invest in Your Success from Day One. Starting out, you’ll enjoy the stability of a competitive guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions while you learn the ropes. After 30 days, you take control of your earning potential: choose to stay on your current hourly plan plus flat commission, or transition to a 100% commission-based plan.
