Camping World in Las Vegas, NV seeks an energetic RV Sales Associate to grow our RV business and deliver high-quality customer experiences. You will lead demonstrations, present features, and close deals with support from F&I and management.

The role offers a guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions, with the option to switch to a 100% commission plan after 30 days. Successful reps typically earn substantial commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years' sales experience preferred in RV/auto/marine/powersports or related fields.
• Bondable and able to obtain a sales license where required.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and used RVs and demonstrate features to customers.
• Close sales with collaboration from the F&I and Sales Management teams.
• Conduct effective demonstrations and walk-through presentations.
• Follow up with customers using a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.

Successful team members generally earn $50,000 to $150,000 or more annually, including an additional year-end sales volume bonus available to those who qualify!We Invest in Your Success from Day One. Starting out, you’ll enjoy the stability of a competitive guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions while you learn the ropes. After 30 days, you take control of your earning potential: choose to stay on your current hourly plan plus flat commission, or transition to a 100% commission-based plan.
