Camping World is seeking a high-energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business. This commission-based role offers uncapped earnings and a path to significant income through performance.

You will lead demonstrations, close sales with the F&I and Sales teams, and deliver a fun, customer-focused experience. California-based representatives will enjoy comprehensive benefits and on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate preferred.
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required).
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
• Valid driver's license required.

Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RV’s, have fun and make money!

This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions (no soft packs on commissions). Successful team members can earn $50,000 to $150,000 or more annually based on performance. Year-end sales volume bonus available to those who qualify!

What You’ll Do

• Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs

What You’ll Need To Have For The Role

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• 2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate preferred
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required)
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information
• Valid driver's license required
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending

General Compensation Disclosure

No Soft Pack; Minimum Commissions/Flats apply

The estimated total annual compensation estimated annual range is $50,000 - $150,000. In California, Massachusetts, Michigan, Maine, and Washington, you will receive a base hourly rate equal to the applicable hourly minimum wage in addition to variable compensation earned.
