Job summary

Camping World is seeking an energetic RV Sales Associate to grow the business by selling new and used RVs and delivering a top-notch customer experience.

This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions; successful team members can earn $50,000 to $150,000 annually based on performance, with year-end bonuses for qualified individuals. Comprehensive benefits and on-the-job training are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years’ sales experience; RV, automotive, marine, powersports, or related experience preferred.
• Bondable and able to secure a professional sales license where required.
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Promote a top-notch customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk-through presentations.
• Close sales effectively by working with F&I and Sales Management teams.
• Follow up with customers with a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.

Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RV’s, have fun and make money!

This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions (no soft packs on commissions). Successful team members can earn $50,000 to $150,000 or more annually based on performance. Year-end sales volume bonusavailable to those who qualify!

What You’ll Do:

• Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs

• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations

• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team

• Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer

What You’ll Need to Have for the Role:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required

• 2+ years’ experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate preferred

• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required)

• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information

• Valid driver’s license required

General Compensation Disclosure

++No Soft Pack; Minimum Commissions/Flats apply++
The estimated total annual compensation estimated annual range is $50,000 - $150,000. In California, Massachusetts, Michigan, Maine, and Washington, you will receive a base hourly rate equal to the applicable hourly minimum wage in addition to variable compensation earned.
