Blue Compass RV, based in Fort Lauderdale, is seeking an Office Assistant to be the heartbeat of our dealership. You’ll greet guests, answer calls, and keep front desk operations running smoothly while supporting team with clerical tasks.

The role offers $21 per hour, a 5-day work week, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, and more. Evening and some weekend shifts are required to deliver a top‑notch customer experience.

Qualifications

• Be the first smiling face customers see, welcome visitors and VIP appointments with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer and route incoming calls with confidence and efficiency.
• Keep the front desk running smoothly and support team with clerical tasks.
• Accept and process deposit payments for RV purchases.
• Provide basic information about products and services to walk-in customers.
• Take pictures of RVs to support marketing or inventory updates.
