Blue Compass RV Las Vegas seeks a friendly receptionist to welcome visitors, manage the front desk, and route phone calls with a professional, customer‑first approach.

You’ll support the team with clerical tasks, handle deposit payments, and share product information with walk‑ins. The role requires a positive, detail‑oriented person who can work evenings and some weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering first impressions and greeting guests.
• Ability to answer calls and route inquiries with professionalism.
• Comfort with basic payments and deposit processing.

Responsibilities

• Be the first smiling face customers see, greeting visitors and VIP appointments with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer and route incoming calls with confidence and efficiency.
• Keep the front desk running smoothly and organized.
• Support the team with clerical and administrative tasks.
• Accept and process deposit payments for RV purchases.
• Provide basic information about products and services to walk-in customers.
• Take pictures of RVs as needed to support marketing or inventory updates.
• Assist with additional tasks to create an exceptional customer and team experience.
