Blue Compass RV is seeking a friendly Receptionist to greet guests, welcome arrivals, and set the tone for a memorable dealership experience. You’ll be the first smiling face customers see, answer calls confidently, and keep the front desk running smoothly with warmth and professionalism.

This role requires strong communication, multitasking, tech savvy with dealership systems, and the ability to work evenings and some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Be the first smiling face customers see, welcoming visitors with warmth.
• Answer and route incoming calls with confidence and efficiency.
• Keep the front desk running and organized.
• Support the team with clerical and administrative tasks.
• Accept and process deposit payments for RV purchases.
• Provide basic information about products and services to walk-in customers.
• Take pictures of RVs to support marketing or inventory updates.
• Assist with additional tasks to ensure a top-notch customer and team experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Jump in to help with any additional tasks needed to create an exceptional customer and team experience
