Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Product Specialist Advisor to work with customers to determine specialized product needs and services and provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments. The Product Specialist collaborates with the service team to ensure top-tier customer service and smooth installation scheduling.

You will interact daily with customers, review job details, keep prepayment logs, and coordinate with service staff to ensure timely installations

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
At least one year of sales experience.
RV or camping product knowledge preferred but not required.
Ability to use a computer and perform internet searches.
Excellent organization and follow-up skills required.
Knowledge of Service Department procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

Interact daily with customers to promote specialized product needs and installations.
Review each job for proper sizing, colors, placement, and scheduling for installation.
Maintain and update prepayment logs and inform customers of progress.
Schedule installation appointments with service staff.
Monitor parts traffic and receive parts for installations.
Inspect vehicle to ensure correct parts are ordered.
Provide excellent overall customer service.
Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
May cross-train to perform other duties as needed.
