Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Product Specialist Advisor who will work directly with customers to determine product needs and provide price estimates for installations before scheduling appointments. You will collaborate with service teams to ensure excellent customer service and smooth installation processes.

The role requires strong sales experience, comfort with RV/camping products, and reliable computer skills.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED preferred.
At least one year of sales experience preferred.
RV or camping product knowledge preferred but not required.
Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

Interact daily with customers to promote specialized product needs and installations.
Review each job for sizing, colors, and placement prior to installation scheduling.
Maintain and update prepayment logs and inform customers of work progress.
Schedule installation appointments with service staff.
Monitor daily parts traffic and receive parts for installations.
Inspect vehicle to ensure proper parts are ordered.
Provide excellent overall customer service.
Maintain a safe, clean work area for customers and coworkers.
May cross train to perform other duties as necessary.
