Camping World seeks a Product Specialist Advisor to help customers with specialized RV product needs and provide price estimates for installations before scheduling appointments. The role supports the sales and service teams to ensure top customer service and smooth installation processes.

You will manage appointments, track parts, and maintain logs while upholding safety and quality standards. This full-time role offers competitive compensation and benefits within a growing company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• RV or camping product experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills required.
• Knowledge of Service Department procedures preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.

Responsabilités

• Daily interaction with customers to promote specialized product needs and installations.
• Review each job for proper sizing, colors, placement, and scheduling for installation.
• Maintain and update prepayment logs and keep customers informed of work progress.
• Schedule installation appointments with designated service staff members.
• Monitor daily parts traffic and receive parts for installations.
• Inspect vehicle to ensure proper parts are ordered.
• Provide excellent overall customer service.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
• May cross train to perform other duties as necessary.
