Airxcel Corporate Office – Elkhart, IN is seeking a Product Engineer for a full-time role focused on product design, development and customer integration. You will collaborate with sales and R&D to deliver innovative products that meet customer requirements and drive performance across the supply chain.

The role involves proto installation support, coordination with suppliers, and monitoring KPIs to enable continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Strong communication and presentation skills are required.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is mandatory; MBA is a plus.
• Experience designing and developing products in a manufacturing environment is expected.
• Knowledge of RV design, construction and usage is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to domestic and international locations.

Aufgaben

• Design and develop new products to meet customers’ requirements.
• Collaborate with sales to understand customer needs and provide support.
• Work with R&D to bring new products to completion.
• Assist customers during proto installations of products.
• Coordinate with domestic suppliers and Sourcing to acquire parts.
• Monitor product performance and collect field feedback for improvement.
