Job summary

Keystone RV, a leader in the towable RV industry, is expanding our Product Engineering team to assist in the development and design of recreational vehicles. This role offers the chance to work on innovative products with a team that values culture and collaboration.

The position emphasizes developing floor plans, creating and maintaining construction drawings, and solving design/manufacturing challenges through cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in recreation or a related field.
• Engineering degree or commensurate on-the-job experience.
• Proficient with 2D AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Team-oriented with the ability to contribute to a product team.

Responsibilities

• Work with a Product Manager to develop new floor plans and improve existing designs.
• Develop products meeting industry codes, standards, and design parameters.
• Produce and maintain drawings needed for product construction.
• Collaborate with product groups to solve design and manufacturing problems.
• Support continuous product improvement, cost reductions, quality, and manufacturability efforts.
